 Competition – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Ministry of Luxury Competition (the “Competition”).
By entering, you agree to comply with these Terms and all decisions made by Ministry of Luxury Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to customers aged 18 years or older residing in the United Kingdom or European Union.

  • Employees of Ministry of Luxury Ltd, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • The Competition is void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Criteria

  • To qualify, you must make a single purchase of £100 or more (before taxes and shipping) on our website www.ministryofluxury.co.uk during an active competition period.

  • Each qualifying order automatically counts as one entry.

  • Only one entry is permitted per qualifying order. Multiple orders can result in multiple entries.

  • Non-qualifying or cancelled orders will not be entered.

3. Competition Schedule

  • A prize draw will be held every two months, provided that a minimum of ten (10) qualifying entries have been received within the period.

  • If the minimum entry threshold is not met, the draw will roll over to the next period.

  • The draw will take place on the last Friday of the month at the end of each competition period.

4. Prize Details

  • The prize is a sterling silver piece of jewellery selected by Ministry of Luxury Ltd from our current collection.

  • No cash alternative or substitution is offered.

  • We reserve the right to replace the prize with a product of equal or higher value should stock become unavailable.

5. How the Winner Is Selected

  • All qualifying order numbers will be entered into a random draw.

  • To comply with GDPR, only the order numbers (not customer names or data) will be listed.

  • The draw will be conducted using ChatGPT random selection to ensure fairness and transparency.

  • The process will be recorded or live-streamed on our official social media accounts.

  • The winning order number will be selected at random and verified internally.

6. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be contacted via email or telephone using the contact details provided in their order within one (1) business day after the draw.

  • If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a re-draw may take place.

  • The prize will be shipped at no cost to the confirmed winner’s delivery address.

7. Publicity & Privacy

  • We may announce the winning order number on our website and/or social media platforms.

  • No personal data (names, addresses, emails) will be disclosed publicly.

  • Personal information collected for the Competition is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

  • Participants can request removal of their data post-competition by contacting privacy@ministryofluxury.co.uk.

8. General Conditions

  • Ministry of Luxury Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • Entries that do not comply with these Terms will be disqualified.

  • Our decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.

  • Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

9. Liability

  • We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or unable to be processed due to network, system, or technical issues.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

11. Governing Law
