1. Are your products made from real sterling silver?

Yes. All our silver jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver, meaning it contains 92.5 % pure silver alloyed for strength and durability.

2. Do your pieces carry an official hallmark?

Yes. Every piece that meets the UK’s legal weight threshold is hallmarked by an accredited UK Assay Office, confirming metal purity and authenticity.

3. What does “assay compliant” mean?

Assay compliance means each qualifying piece has been tested and certified for its precious-metal content under UK law. You’re guaranteed genuine silver.

4. Where do you source your jewellery?

We work with established, ethically verified manufacturers in Europe and Asia who follow responsible-sourcing and fair-labour standards.

5. Is your jewellery ethically made?

Yes. Our suppliers are selected for transparent labour practices and environmentally responsible production. We do not source from conflict-metal regions.

6. How should I clean my silver jewellery?

Gently polish with a soft lint-free cloth or a silver-cleaning cloth. Avoid chemical dips and ultrasonic cleaners, which can damage delicate finishes.

7. How should I store my jewellery?

Keep each piece in its original velvet pouch or an airtight container. Store away from humidity, perfumes, and household cleaners to prevent tarnish.

8. Can I shower or swim while wearing my jewellery?

It’s best to remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising. Chlorine and salt water can dull or corrode precious metals.

9. Do your items contain nickel or allergens?

All pieces are nickel-safe and meet EU REACH standards. They’re suitable for most sensitive skin types.

10. Will my jewellery tarnish?

Sterling silver naturally oxidises over time. Regular gentle polishing restores its original shine quickly.

11. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every item is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty against material or workmanship faults.

12. What is your returns policy?

You can return or exchange unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Special-order or made-to-order pieces can only be returned if defective.

13. How long will delivery take?

UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days. EU orders typically arrive in 4–7 days using tracked UPS shipping.
Special Orders can take upto 14 day availabiliy dependant.

14. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout the UK, EU and selected international destinations using fully insured couriers.

15. Is packaging recyclable?

Our matchbox-style packaging is FSC-certified and recyclable. The velvet pouches are reusable for storage or gifting.

16. How is my order packaged?

Each piece is hand-packed in a black velvet pouch inside a black matchbox-style gift box, sealed with a silver ribbon and wax seal for a true unboxing experience.

17. Can I request gift wrapping or a message?

Yes. You can add a personalised note at checkout. All items arrive gift-ready as standard.

18. Do you offer custom sizing or engraving?

At present we offer standard UK ring sizes. Custom orders and engraving may be available on selected items, please contact our support team before ordering.
