Each made-to-order piece is individually handcrafted in 925 sterling silver or premium gold plating, designed to embody your taste, sentiment, and story.
Because every special order is created uniquely, production times vary — typically up to 14 business days from the date of confirmation.
Please note: Special orders are final and non-returnable, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.
Any concerns must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt and supported by photographic proof.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed once our quality team confirms the issue was due to production and not accidental or malicious damage.
Every special order is UK assay compliant, ethically produced, and delivered in our signature black velvet pouch and sealed gift box, symbolising craftsmanship, care, and individuality.
