These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, purchases, and use of the Ministry of Luxury website [www.ministryofluxury.co.uk] (“the Site”).
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our related policies.

Ministry of Luxury Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a UK-registered company specialising in luxury and sterling-silver jewellery.

2. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its security, content, or technical systems.

All content, images, and designs on the Site remain the intellectual property of Ministry of Luxury Ltd and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product images, descriptions, and prices are accurate.

Minor variations may occur due to screen display or manufacturing tolerances.

All jewellery is described using UK hallmarking and metal standards.

Where applicable, products are assay compliant and stamped with the appropriate 925 sterling silver or other hallmark marks.
4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without notice, but orders confirmed at checkout are fixed.

Items are sold subject to availability; in the event of a stock issue, you will be notified and offered an alternative or refund.
5. Ordering & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

You will receive an email confirming your order — this does not guarantee acceptance.

A binding contract forms only when your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation.
6. Payments

We accept secure payments through Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Ministry of Luxury does not store full credit/debit card details; all processing is handled securely by these third-party providers.

Payments are authorised in real time. Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be declined or cancelled.
7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via UPS and other tracked couriers.

Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days (UK) and 4–7 business days (EU).

International delivery times may vary depending on customs and local handling.

Once dispatched, tracking details are emailed to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier networks, or events beyond our control.
8. Returns & Refunds

Standard items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Special Orders or custom pieces cannot be returned unless faulty (see Special Orders Policy).

Faulty items must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

9. Special Orders

Minimum spend of £60 applies to process Special Orders.

Lead time: up to 14 business days from order date.

Non-returnable except for confirmed manufacturer defects.

Returns must include original packaging and documentation.
10. Competition Entries

Purchases of £100 or more (before tax and shipping) automatically qualify for entry into our Win a Ring competition, subject to terms and minimum entry thresholds.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate personal and delivery information.

Any incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error will incur re-delivery charges.

You agree to review and follow our care guidelines for cleaning and storing jewellery.
12. Supplier Relationships

Ministry of Luxury sources products only from ethically verified, assay-compliant suppliers within the UK, EU, and Asia.

We ensure all suppliers comply with UK hallmarking, REACH regulations, and ethical-labour standards.

We reserve the right to change suppliers or product ranges without prior notice.
13. Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from delay, delivery issues, or product misuse.

Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights.
14. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and EU GDPR.

We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, or courier disruptions.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
