CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDERS Custom pieces are made to order. Manufacturing takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on the size of the order, and your piece is dispatched the same day manufacturing is complete. We will keep you updated by email throughout.
DELIVERY TIMES All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked. United Kingdom, typically 1 to 3 working days from dispatch. Europe, 5 to 10 working days. Rest of world, 7 to 14 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs delays are outside our control.
DELIVERY COSTS United Kingdom standard, free on all orders over 60 pounds. Orders under 60 pounds, calculated at checkout. Europe and rest of world, calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
PACKAGING Every piece ships in our signature Ministry of Luxury packaging, ready to keep or to gift.
TRACKING Every order is shipped with Royal Mail Tracked, and your tracking reference is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
